What industrial certifications do your products meet?
Kohesi Bond has formulated a variety of systems that are capable of passing rigorous testing standards, such as NASA standards for low outgassing (ASTM E-595), USP Class VI, ISO 10993-5, UL 94 V-0, FAR 25.853 (a), FDA and halogen free. What packaging options do you offer for your products?
Kohesi Bond offers a variety of easy to use and cost effective packaging options. Our standard packs include plastic, metal and glass containers of various sizes. Our products are also available in syringes and cartridges, compatible with automated dispensing systems. In addition, specific two component systems are available in gun applicators, to eliminate the need for manual metering and mixing.
What quantity of material should I order?
Our technical experts will advise you on the optimum quantity of material required for your application. However, for ease of calculation, one gallon (3.78 liters) of our adhesive will cover an area of 320 square feet, when applied in 0.005 inch (5 mils) thickness.
Do you ship your material internationally and what shipping methods do you offer?
Kohesi Bond works closely with shipping companies, such as FedEx, UPS and DHL to ship products all over the world. We can also ship our products with other local carriers or freight forwarders on customer’s request. All packaging for shipments meets the appropriate international transport regulations.
Do you ship hazardous material for international customers?
Kohesi Bond ships hazardous material internationally via shipping companies like FedEx or we can ship via freight forwarders. Our packaging for shipping hazardous material meets the appropriate international transport regulations.
What documentation is provided with the purchased material and what additional documents can I request along with?
We provide with the technical data sheet (TDS) and the safety data sheet (SDS) along with the purchased material. You can additionally request for a certificate of analysis (CoA) and other test data on request.
What are the typical lead times for your tailor-made formulations?
Typically, most of our products have a lead time of 3 – 5 days. However, certain products may require longer time to formulate. Please contact our customer service team to find out the lead time on the recommended product.
What information should I provide on my purchase order?
The most important information to be mentioned on your purchase order is:
- The part number, quantity, color, packaging and price of the product you are purchasing
- Your full name, billing and shipping addresses, contact number and email address
- Your preferred mode of shipment and your account number if any
- Your preferred mode of payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
Kohesi Bond accepts bank wire transfers, credit card payments (American Express, Visa or Master Card) or cheque in advance. Payment terms can be established after the first order and after an appropriate credit check.
